Returns and Refunds Policy

At Arman Mixerz, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality cookware, small appliances, and storage appliances. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products or request a replacement. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

Once your request is reviewed, our support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products that have been used or altered after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance or promotional sale items

Replacements
If your return request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product or a similar item of equal value if the original item is unavailable. Please note that Arman Mixerz does not offer cash refunds due to our Cash on Delivery (COD) payment policy.

Refunds (if applicable)
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds in cash or to bank accounts are not provided. Instead, customers will receive a replacement product for eligible claims.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately upon delivery. We may request photos or videos for verification. Once confirmed, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

Processing Time
All approved returns or replacements will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
